Preferred partner for decades: Wall Street English adopts HR self-service with Platinum HRM
Hong Kong, April 11, 2018 - Since the 1990s, Wall Street English applied Platinum HRM to manage its human resources and payroll, with continuous upgrades over the past 20 years, witnessing the iterative success of Platinum. The Platinum solution currently adopted is integrated with third-party systems for handling daily application and approval processes. Nevertheless this past practice is going to be overtaken as Wall Street English has planned to fully implement the Platinum ESS system by 2018.
As a professional global education institution, Wall Street English has 45 years of expertise in helping students learn English. With more than 400 learning centers in 27 countries and regions over the world, Wall Street English has guided over three million learners through the journey of acquiring and improving their English language skills. As early as 2000, Wall Street English established the first learning center in China, and today they have 75 centers in 11 major tier Chinese cities, with more than 4000 employees. Platinum will help Wall Street English to migrate all data from Workday to Platinum’s platform for handling the give workflow processes including “OT”, “Leave”, “Department Transfer”, “Promotion” and “Benefit”. The platform will also be integrated with their ERP, attendance tracking system and travel management system. At the same time, the 4,000 employees of Wall Street English can simply use the mobile app through self-service to manage their OT and leave matters, including application, approval and inquiring about annual leave balances.
