Hong Kong, March 10, 2021 - With dedicated efforts to refine large system operations, the C&T Solutions team has completed a revamp project of a training management system (TMS) for the largest construction industry association in Hong Kong.   

Committed to enhancing the construction industry practitioners’ professionalism, this client had been managing a large-scale training operation with three cycles, namely recruitment, training and placement, each with their very own objectives and procedures. Running various aged and scattered systems with limited automation and heavy manual coordination work, the association had to improve the entire operation flow efficiency with a new TMS by integrating the separate functions and restructuring the massive data from the existing systems into a single digital platform. As an entrusted partner, C&T Solutions has been working closely with the client to develop a unique TMS through three key phases:

• Phase 1: Recruitment and training related module development;
• Phase 2: Placement and trainee follow-up module development;
• Phase 3: Placement and career portal related module development.

With strong experience in project management and system logic handling, C&T Solutions’ project team ensured satisfying deliverables for each module requiring meticulous system analysis and design. During the implementation stage, the team performed a series of securing activities prior to the deployment and delivered comprehensive user training. To ensure the performance of the system under high user demand, the team has also provided sufficient nursing support to monitor the application running on the new setup.

The brand-new TMS comes with a user-friendly interface for web portal and mobile access, guiding the association’s large number of users through hassle-free training-related task management with user-driven functions and features.
