Hong Kong, May 20, 2025 - C&T and Kerry Properties Jointly Launch “Kerry Properties eTender System".

We are pleased to share that C&T Prosmart and Kerry Properties jointly launched the new “Kerry Properties eTender System”, with the first supplier workshop held recently. During the workshop, Kerry Properties introduced suppliers to the eTender system, demonstrating the digital tender submission process and streamlined procurement workflows. The session ensured all suppliers were equipped to utilize the new e-bidding system. The event concluded with a special recognition ceremony where Mr. George Tee, VP of Technology & Innovation at Kerry Properties Limited, and Mr. Wilkie Lee, VP of Project at Kerry Properties (H.K.) Limited, presented an appreciation award to Mr. Tim Lo, Sales Director at C&T, marking this important milestone in our partnership.
