It’s large-scale operations with massive information handling has urged the company to seek a reliable system to streamline the process of property balloting registration for the public to easily submit related documents for Registration of Intent to buy a property.

Under the project, C&T Solutions will deliver a comprehensive property management system (PMS) that features functions and workflows tailor-made to the company, including carrying out application duplication checks, generating reports and managing properties by configuration. Besides, the customer portal allows customers to perform carpark registration, check the available properties, submit Registration of Intent forms, track balloting application status and view sales information. With the flexible and sophisticated design, the PMS is expected to support the group’s plan to streamline property management with workflow digitation and enhance efficiency and performance of its property business operations.
