Hong Kong, October 4, 2024 - The "Best Practice on AI Usage for Cyber Monitoring, Risk Mitigation, and Privacy Data Protection" seminar, hosted by C&T, was successfully held today. This event provided an excellent opportunity to engage with partners, customers, and IT professionals.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our distinguished speakers for sharing their insights and strategies for leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and innovative technologies to enhance organizational cybersecurity and protect critical data. Dr. Vivien Chan, Honorary Lecturer at the School of Computing and Data Science, The University of Hong Kong, offered valuable perspectives on recent cyberattack incidents in Hong Kong. Mr. Tommy Choi, Head of Enterprise Information Management at C&T, discussed the application of technology in data protection and system security. Mr. Otto Lee, Head of the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT), provided an overview of trends in security incident cases, while Mr. Don Fung, Senior System Engineer at Sophos, presented solutions for detecting and responding to cyberattacks.
