Hong Kong, March 16, 2018 - For years, the retail industry was averse to change and the acceptance of omni-channel trade and digital savvy selling is important. In order to provide more insight into the revolution of e-commerce, the Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) organized a business matching activity on March 15 with an aim to provide a networking platform for retailers to understand more about the latest trend of cross-boundary e-commerce solutions and related IT applications.

As a member of HKRMA, C&T participated in the event and illustrated the latest mobile payment functions and the unique membership management features of its enterprise retail management software – ChainStorePlus ERM.

Representatives of multinational enterprises and SMBs joined the event with overwhelming interest in retail technologies, especially new applications which can assist to enhance customers’ experience.
