Hong Kong, May 17, 2019 - C&T EPM designed an e-tendering system for one of Hong Kong’s note-issuing banking groups to enhance procurement management with workflow automation and streamlining.

Originating in China with over a century of history in the market, this listed banking group offers a comprehensive range of financial, investment and wealth management services to personal, corporate and institutional customers through the most extensive local branch network and diverse service platforms in Hong Kong. To better support the group’s business operations covering nearly 500 branches and service centers, the online system by C&T’s enterprise procurement management software serves as the common platform for their procurement sections to efficiently acquire quality material supplies, maintenance services, facility works, solutions, etc.

Besides centralizing supplier registration and management, this e-system streamlines procurement with systematic procedures and approval workflows for tendering and request for quotation (RFQ). Designed for high auditability and best practices, this all-in-one solution enables the sizable banking group to secure the best suppliers of goods and services and provides the backbone for further business growth. Following the provision of an online property management system in 2018, this project has deepened C&T’s partnership with this banking group, extending its success in delivering quality IT solutions to the financial industry.
