Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
The policy for maternity and paternity leave is enhanced with higher flexibility to let the mothers-to-be and fathers-to-be well plan and prepare for their important stage of newborn welcoming.

Birthday leave
Birthdays are the time to celebrate. Employees can take a special day-off in their birthday month to share the happiness and joy with their loved ones.

Examination time-off
C&T encourages employees to pursue lifelong learning as the way to career development. For employees who need to take examinations of qualifications for fulfilling job duties, they will be granted one day’s special time-off per year.

Graduation time-off
C&T understands the significance of the graduation ceremony for every student. Employees who are fresh tertiary graduates or have finished postgraduate education can take one day’s special time-off to attend their graduation ceremony and witness their hard work being commended.
