Hong Kong, April 24, 2019 - As a long-term partner of Vocational Training Council (VTC) for human resources management software training, C&T’s IPL HRMS has completed the latest series of system practice workshops for the students of VTC’s Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management 2017-2019.

This two-year VTC program aims to equip students with practical competence by not only teaching them fundamental HR theories but also providing various practices to equip them for future studies and employments in this professional field. Especially for the “Human Resources Management System” module in semester five, VTC invited IPL HRMS instructors to deliver workshops for the students to experience daily HR operations with the IPL HRMS system, from the typical leave application and workforce scheduling to the complicated payroll management, etc.

Today’s HR management has become much more advanced with HR management systems supporting most of HR personnel’s operations. From lecture learning to system practice and various opportunities of interactions, the IPL HRMS workshops have provided a platform for the future HR professionals to have hands-on experience with HR software and have a clearer concept on the daily operations in the modern HR workplace.
