Rewarding experience: Platinum HRM holds Q3 training for enterprise HR professionals to strengthen system usage techniques
Hong Kong, October 14, 2020 - C&T’s human resources management software Platinum HRM provided a two-day small-group workshop for enterprise HR professionals on September 3-4 at Shanghai Training Centre, covering the recent heightened needs for remote operations, access rights management, daily employee maintenance and other system operation topics.
Platinum’s small-group focus workshop allowed the HR professionals of the enterprise customers from different industries, including Jollibee, NTT DATA and Nielsen, to deepen their system usage knowledge through in-depth practice and seek advice on business-specific operational questions, for example:

A: Users can go to Group Management > View Log Information.
Q: Can I use the HRM system when working from home?
A: It is realizable but it depends on the configuration of the company.
Q: How to configurate access authority for operators?
A: Users can mainly manage in Group Management > Authority Management.
Q: In daily employee maintenance, can I gather information of different pages into one page for input?
A: Users can use the function of frequently used fields.
