Integrated HR management: BOC-Samsung Life adopts Platinum HRM to boost competitive advantage
Hong Kong, February 9, 2022 - C&T’s human resources management software Platinum HRM is working on a new project for BOC Samsung Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (BOC-Samsung Life), deploying an integrated HR system to improve managerial effectiveness and employees’ proficiency and engagement.
Founded in 2015 with investment by Bank of China, Samsung Life Insurance and Air China, BOC-Samsung Life’s key insurance business areas encompass life protection, annuity plans, health insurance, etc. With its mission of being a respected insurance company in China, it also aims to provide risk protection and wealth management services that help its customers make their decisions easier and lives better. BOC-Samsung Life has a big business network across China, operating around 20 branch companies in Beijing, Tianjin, Guangdong and other major cities.
To facilitate this large-scale insurance company to streamline and centralize management, Platinum provides BOC-Samsung Life with a one-stop HR solution The HR solution contains a series of core management modules that enables employee data maintenance and accurate payroll automation. Employees can also use the employee self-service (ESS) module to easily update personal information, view monthly payslips, apply for holidays and more. Moreover, Platinum provides training and appraisal modules of preparing training plans for staff development and streamlining staff appraisal through recording and evaluating staff aptitude and performance.
