Hong Kong, April 13, 2018 - In celebration of C&T's 20th listing anniversary, C&T sponsored the Asia's technology flagship event, Internet Economy Summit 2018, as the Group's support to the IT industry in Hong Kong. The two-day Summit on April 12-13 presented an all-encompassing agenda comprising four major forums and covered a number of topics including e-commerce, O2O operating mode, start-up and entrepreneurship driving the digital economy.

Steered by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) with Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited (Cyberport), the Summit at HKCEC was officiated by the Hon. Mrs Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, the Chief Executive of the HKSAR, and invited over 60 renowned local and overseas ICT experts and industry leaders from Google, Amazon, Jd.com, Ping An Technology, Didichuxing, etc to share their insights into the global trends, opportunities and development of the Internet-driven economy. Over 3000 guests from technology corporations, business associations and government organizations attended this highly esteemed industry event.
