Efficient parking space balloting: C&T Solutions implements e-registration system for Sino Group

Hong Kong, November 29, 2017 - C&T Solutions has implemented an e-registration system for Sino Administration Services Limited to manage the process of property owners’ parking space balloting registration. The system provides a flexible online platform for owners of various properties managed under the Sino Group to easily register and submit related documents for balloting. Through automation of the application and vetting, the system is expected to greatly enhance the efficiency of the balloting workflow operation and management.

Being one of the leading property developers in Hong Kong, the Sino Group provides one-stop-shop services ranging from property management, car park management, cleaning and environmental services to security services, with a list of enviable clients. Over the years, the Sino Group has introduced different access control and payment systems to ensure a safe and efficient user experience for its customers.

The implementation of the client portal allows applicants to register through email, access the application and check the balloting result through the portal. Internally, the system can perform duplication checks and allow re-submission for declined applicants. In addition, the newly developed system allows users’ customization and is also integrated with the balloting function, with email notifications of balloting results to every applicant.

With a long-standing track record of delivering solutions for large-scale business operations, the technical team of C&T has been working closely with the client for an efficient system that will digitalize and streamline their parking space balloting for owners of more than 190 properties and improve both the internal users and property owners’ experience in the process. It is expected the named system will be further extended to other property management services with different agile approaches.
