Taking Social Security Fund (FSS) as an example, long-term employees in Macau need to monthly contribute a fixed amount of 90 MOP, different from the 5% of monthly salary required in Hong Kong’s Mandatory Provide Fund (MPF). On the other hand, while Hong Kong states the provision of at least 7 days of paid annual leave, Macau requires at least 6 days.
