Expanding customer base in Macau: IPL HRMS customizes HR system for two leading regional groups
Hong Kong, February 20, 2019 – C&T’s human resources management software, IPL HRMS is helping two renowned enterprises from the property and health care industries to tailor-make HR management systems that cater for their payroll and other operational requirements under Macau’s labor law and improve their management efficiency while reducing cost.
As the market-leading and the only ISO 20000-1:2011 certified provider of HRM software products in Hong Kong, IPL HRMS has a long-established presence not only in Hong Kong, but also Macau and Mainland regions. As a special administration region of China, Macau has its own set of labor law that demands special care in employment, such as the taxation calculation, annual leave arrangement and provident fund system. Taking Social Security Fund (FSS) as an example, long-term employees in Macau need to monthly contribute a fixed amount of 90 MOP, different from the 5% of monthly salary required in Hong Kong’s Mandatory Provide Fund (MPF). On the other hand, while Hong Kong states the provision of at least 7 days of paid annual leave, Macau requires at least 6 days.
