Hong Kong, December 31, 2021 - Leading Hong Kong-listed information technology (IT) software and service company, Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited (C&T or the Group, SEHK 00046) announced today that further investment was made in CISC Limited (CISC) making it a subsidiary of the Group. The Group will actively help CISC to expand its solution offerings with the latest technologies of data collection and business intelligence.

CISC is a research spinoff company carrying the technology and innovation from the Center for Information Security and Cryptography of the Department of Computer Science of the University of Hong Kong. CISC has been providing cloud-based platform IaaS (Intelligence as a Service) to various customers for collecting vast public data from the internet and transforming them into intelligence for intellectual property protection, cybercrime investigation, and other tailor-made business intelligence analysis.
