| To implement IP telephone system again for Ernst & Young's Beijing branch office
C&T Integration has won a repeat contract worth around RMB1.5 million from Ernst & Young Hua Ming ("E&Y Hua Ming") to implement an advanced IP telephone (IPT) system infrastructure for its branch office in Beijing. This is an upgrade project followed immediately the RMB6.2 million contract that C&T Integration received in November 2005 from E&Y Hua Ming to implement an IPT System for their branch offices in Beijing and Shanghai.
Ernst & Young is one of the first international professional services firms approved by the China government to establish a joint venture, E&Y Hua Ming, in Beijing in 1992. To keep pace with the growing customer demand and intensifying competition, E&Y Hua Ming needs to get itself prepared. Implementing a cost effective country-wide IPT infrastructure is one of the means to support the long-term growth of the organisation
C&T's project engagement will include the design and implementation of an advanced integrated solution comprising two sets of Cisco Catalyst 6509 Series Switches as well as with a full-scale IP telephony system for the branch office of E&Y Wah Ming in Beijing.
C&T will also be providing on-going maintenance and onsite support services for the networked systems. It is anticipated that the completion of the upgrade IP infrastructure will further enhance the operation efficiency of the leading audit firm by reducing substantially its operating cost.
