Project wins of IPL-HRIS

IPL recently won a new contract from Hong Kong Baptist Hospital (HKBH) to implement its flagship product IPL Human Resource Information System (IPL-HRIS).

HKBH was established in 1963 and has been serving Hong Kong People for more than 40 years. HKBH is a large private sector hospital, and one of the social service institutions of the Baptist Convention of Hong Kong.

In order to support the increasing demand for quality healthcare, HKBH has launched a series of extension and redevelopment projects including the upgrade of their human resource management (HRM) system.

Under the contract, the IPL-HRIS system (including HRIS, Document Scanning and Medical) would be implemented to replace the existing HRM system of HKBH. The IPL-HRIS system will facilitate the further automation of HR related process for better consistency and accuracy. Besides, it would also provide the option for expansion to employee self- service functions in future.
