Hong Kong, June 15, 2010 – Leading locally listed information technology services company, Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited (“C&T” or the “Group”, SEHK 00046), through its subsidiary Computer And Technologies Integration Limited (“C&T Integration”), has recently received a several millions RMB new contract from Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Company Limited ("SVW") for its network authentication renovation project.

Established in 1985, SVW is the first car-making joint venture after China had begun its reform and opened to the outside world. Today, SVW has become one of the largest car-making bases in China with an annual production capacity of over 500,000 units.

To align with its growth strategy and uplift the security level of overall network management, SVW is dedicated to upgrade its network authentication setting with latest 802.1x technology. Under the contract, C&T Integration was responsible for implementing the advanced solution based on Cisco network security technology including high-performance 6504 and 2960 switches.

Upon project completion, the enhanced network would provide automated user identification as well as centralized authentication. This would help SVW to better manage the access control and policy setting. Moreover, it would also facilitate key management and LAN connection settings by offering unique user ID and password to access to the network.
