Computer And Technologies Holdings Company Limited (the “Group” or “C&T”; Hong Kong stock code: 00046) notes that there are two websites, namely www.kl10086.com and sj.36578.com/web/klian/, are unlawfully making use the company name, office address and copy of business registration of a Group's subsidiary「上海科聯信息系統有限公司 」without authorization of the Group.

The Group has no knowledge and relationship with any part of the business and service mentioned in the above named websites. In fact, 「上海科聯信息系統有限公司 」does not operate its own website and the Group’s official website is www.ctil.com.

The Group has referred the case to the relevant police authorities in both Shanghai and Hong Kong for further investigation.

The Group hereby urges the public to exercise caution to avoid any misunderstanding and losses.
