Hong Kong, January 21, 2009 - Leading locally-listed information technology services company, Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited (“C&T Holdings”, SEHK 00046), through its subsidiary Computer And Technologies Integration Limited (“C&T Integration”), has recently won a several million RMB worth contract from Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (“SPDB”) to provide its network system maintenance services.

Being one of the leading banks in China, SPDB was the first commercial bank listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1999. With headquarters located in Shanghai, the Bank currently has more than 400 business network sites in China as well as a representative office in Hong Kong.

Under the contract, C&T Integration was engaged in providing SPDB with comprehensive maintenance and support services on the network system of the Bank comprising a cluster of advanced software and hardware products from a wide range of leading vendors including Cisco, Nokia, Juniper and F5 Networks.
