Hong Kong, December 28, 2009 - Leading locally-listed information technology services company Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited (“C&T Holdings”, SEHK 00046), through its subsidiary Computer And Technologies Integration Limited (“C&T Integration”), has recently won multiple contracts collectively worth approximately 7 million RMB from China Euro Securities Limited (“CESL”) for implementing its corporate-wide information infrastructure.

CESL is the first Sino-foreign joint venture securities firm approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) after China’s accession to the WTO. To swiftly progress in its business development, CESL aimed to implement a comprehensive corporate-wide information infrastructure for both internal and operational purposes. Leveraging C&T’s extensive experience in serving the market leaders in the securities brokerage industry and strong servicing capabilities, we have been entrusted by CESL as the solution provider for this important information infrastructure project. After the completion of the project, the information infrastructure would enable CESL to support advanced securities trading system with various value-added services.

Under the contracts, C&T is responsible for design and implementation for the entire information infrastructure of CESL covering the primary data centre, backup data centre as well as the infrastructure for headquarters’ operations and sales department. The proposed solution was built on top of a wide range of network and security products from leading vendors including Cisco and Juniper.
